1. Notification: Users will see a marketing alert or popup while using the AIQ system, highlighting the benefits of 10DLC registration and notifying them of the December 1st, 2024 cutoff date for moving to registered flows.

2. Registration: Click Register, and a form will be presented. This form remains accessible via the texting settings page for status checks or error messages.

3. Approval: Once approved, your 10DLC campaign ID is automatically integrated, and your system right away to registered phone numbers and flows. You can then start creating and managing your campaigns.

4. Legacy Campaigns: Any legacy campaigns will be set to inactive, with guidance provided to update them for continued use on 10DLC registered numbers to ensure compliance is met.

Compliance and Best Practices

To maintain compliance with telecom regulations, ensure your brand name is set effectively under Settings -> Text Settings -> Text brand name. You may not make your MMS media file a menu or with a regulated industry product within it. Failure to comply could result in a ban across all telecom platforms, with limited options for re-registration. You may update your text brand name if you wish but your MMS media file can contain your brand name / logo. Logos with illegal content pictured around it are not allowed at this time.
